1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Learn with Mrs. B ("we," "us," or "our") or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all students, parents, and guardians utilizing our private tutoring services in Palm Beach County or virtually.

2. Tutoring Services

We provide professional educational instruction specializing in:

K-12 Reading (Science of Reading)
K-8 Mathematics
K-12 French Immersion
ESOL Academic Support

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session rate.

Punctuality: Sessions will begin and end exactly at the scheduled time. Time lost due to student lateness will not be made up at the end of the session.

4. Fees & Payments

Tutoring fees are payable in advance or at the time of the session. We offer individual session rates and discounted multi-hour bundles. Payments are non-refundable once a session has been conducted. Bundle hours must be utilized within 12 months of purchase.

5. Responsibilities

Tutor Responsibility

We commit to providing high-quality, evidence-based instruction tailored to the student's specific academic needs and goals.

Student/Parent Responsibility

Students are expected to arrive prepared with necessary school materials. For in-home studio sessions, a parent or guardian must be reachable for students under 18.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for academic excellence, academic performance is influenced by many factors beyond our control. Learn with Mrs. B does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or school admission results. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
